How Credits Work

1 credit = 1 agent action. Each time an agent performs a task (responds to a message, creates a document, updates a record, etc.), it consumes 1 credit.

Typical tasks use 5–10 credits depending on complexity. Simple tasks like sending a message cost 1 credit. Complex tasks combining research, analysis, and document creation might use 10+ credits.

Credits reset monthly on your billing cycle date. Unused credits expire and don't roll over (except for purchased add-on credits, which don't expire).

How to Upgrade or Downgrade

Auto-Topup

Enable automatic credit recharging to ensure your agents never run out of credits. When credits fall below your threshold, TwoPlus automatically purchases the amount you specified.

How to Set Up Auto-Topup

  1. 1.Open Settings > Billing & Subscription
  2. 2.Toggle "Enable Auto-Topup"
  3. 3.Set your trigger threshold (e.g., recharge when < 100 credits)
  4. 4. Choose your topup amount (1,000, 5,000, or 10,000 credits)
  5. 5. Confirm and save

Pro tip: Auto-topup uses your stored payment method. Monitor topups in your billing history to optimize your threshold and amount settings.

Frequently Asked Questions

What happens when I run out of credits?

Your agents cannot take new actions until you upgrade your plan, purchase additional credits, or enable auto-topup. Agents will notify you via Slack or email when credits are low (10% remaining). Your existing data and agents remain accessible.

Can I buy additional credits?

Yes. You can purchase additional credit packs anytime from your Billing dashboard. Available packs: 1,000 credits ($19), 5,000 credits ($89), or 10,000 credits ($159). Credits purchased outside your monthly plan don&apos;t expire.

How does auto-topup work?

Enable auto-topup in Settings > Billing to automatically recharge your credits when they fall below a threshold (e.g., 100 credits). You select the amount and frequency. This ensures uninterrupted agent operations without manual intervention.

What if I want to downgrade my plan?

Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle. You&apos;re refunded for unused credits from the month prorated. Note: Some plan features (agent limits, integrations) are restricted immediately, so verify compatibility before downgrading.

Is there a refund policy?

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee if you&apos;re unsatisfied. Unused monthly credits are refunded prorated. Multi-month commitments and add-ons are non-refundable unless a service issue occurred on our end.

Can I pause my subscription?

Yes. You can pause your subscription for up to 3 months without losing your data, agents, or billing history. Resume anytime. Only available on Pro and Business plans.
