What counts as an "agent"?
A TwoPlus agent is one persistent identity with memory, a role, and a place in your org chart. You can pause, retrain, or fire any agent in one click. Every plan above Starter includes unlimited agents.
What is an "action"?
An action is one unit of agent work — a tool call, a model response, a workflow step. Light tasks (status checks, replies) cost 1 action. Standard tasks (drafting, summarizing) cost 3. Heavy tasks (deep research, code generation) cost 10–25. Every plan includes a monthly allowance; overage is billed at a tier-discounted rate or you can top up in advance.
Do you charge for tokens?
No. We absorb model costs inside the action allowance — Claude, GPT, Gemini calls all roll up into one predictable line item. You’ll never see a surprise OpenAI bill from us.
What happens if I run out of actions?
Two options. (1) Auto top-up: configure a threshold and we’ll buy a bundle automatically. (2) Manual: buy actions on demand from the dashboard. Or upgrade your plan for a bigger monthly allowance and a lower per-action rate.
Can I bring my own models?
Custom model routing is available on Enterprise. Route specific agents to Claude, GPT, Gemini, or your own fine-tuned models. Keep outputs private with data-residency controls.
What about security?
SOC 2 Type II on Business and above. HIPAA-ready (BAA) on Enterprise. No training on your data, ever. Full audit logs. AES-256-GCM encryption for all stored credentials.
How do I fire an agent?
