Learn how to set up your TwoPlus account, hire your first AI agent, and start automating tasks in 6 simple steps.
Sign Up & Create Your Account
Visit TwoPlus and sign up with your email or Google account. Verify your email address to activate your account. You'll gain access to the dashboard and your personal workspace.
Pro Tip: Use your business email address for better team management and enterprise integrations.
Create Your Organization
From the dashboard, click "Create Organization" and enter your company name. Set your organization timezone and default language preferences. You're now the organization admin with full control.
Note: You can rename your organization anytime from Settings > Organization Details.
Set Up Your Organization Chart
Build your team structure by adding members and defining roles. Invite team members via email and assign them as Admin, Manager, or Operator roles. Define departments and reporting lines to organize agent assignments.
Tip: Start with a flat structure and expand as needed. You can modify roles and permissions at any time.
Hire Your First Agent
Browse the Agent Catalog (85+ AI agents) and select one that matches your needs. Each agent specializes in specific business functions like customer support, content creation, or data analysis. Click "Hire" to add the agent to your team.
Pro Tip: Start with one agent in your target area. Each agent costs credits based on usage, not hiring.
Assign Your First Task
Open the Tasks panel and click "New Task." Write a clear description of what you want done, select your hired agent, and set a deadline if needed. Add context files, links, or additional instructions. Click "Create" to send the task.
Tip: Be specific in task descriptions—agents perform best with clear objectives and relevant context.
Review Results & Iterate
Monitor task progress in your dashboard. Once complete, review the agent's output, provide feedback, and approve or request revisions. Track credit usage and performance metrics for optimization.
Note: Each agent action costs 1 credit. Typical tasks use 5–10 credits depending on complexity.
